We are honored that you are considering enrolling your child at Veritas Academy.  We begin accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year on January 15, 2023. Application Process at Veritas AcademyTo apply to Veritas Academy for K-12, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete and Submit Application Form

Click here to submit an online application.  When you complete the application, you will be asked to submit an application fee of $100 per student, K-12.  This fee covers the cost of your student’s placement testing, the parent interview, and processing your student’s application.  You will also be asked to attach some documents to the online application, including a recent report card.  

 

Step 2: Schedule Student Placement Testing and Parent Interview

After we receive your completed application, our Director of Admissions will contact you to schedule a date and time for your student’s placement test and an interview with both parents.  Please allow approximately 1 ½ hours for the testing and interview.  

 

Step 3: Acceptance and Enrollment

You will receive a phone call within 7-10 days to discuss the results of your child’s placement testing.  Official acceptance (or non-acceptance), as well as academic recommendations, will be communicated in writing.  Instructions for completing online enrollment will be included.  The enrollment form and fee must be submitted in order to secure a place in the class for your child.  The enrollment fee for K-12 is $250 ($350 after April 1) . Current Veritas students re-enroll during the month of February.  Enrollment is open to new students on March 1.

 

Step 4: Submit Financial Aid Application and Complete Tuition Payment Form

Step 5: Collection of Additional Documents

If you have not already submitted the following documents, they will be collected at this time:

  • Official School Report Cards and Transcripts
  • Standardized Test Scores
  • Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Medical Records from a Recent Physical Exam and Immunization Records
  • Textbook Form
