Here is an update on our Co-op Track participants on the Warwick Track Team. (You can follow some of our students times in the Top L-L League lists in the Sunday Paper!) Seth Spykstra's mile time is down to 4:32!

Tuesday was the Warwick vs. JP McCaskey meet. There were some significant Veritas Highlights…

The girls 4x800m relay was an all-Veritas team (Leigha Martin, Kara Martin, Hannah Martin and Kelsey Miller). They won the event, with each of the girls running personal best times.

AJ Martin won the 800m run (2:02.1). Clayton Bender finished 3rd in the 1600m run (4:41.4). Seth Spykstra won the 3200m run (9:51.5), recording the fastest time in the LL League so far this season.

AJ Martin, Seth Spykstra and Clayton Bender(alternate position) will compete in the 4x800 relay at the Penn Manor Invitational on this Friday with the goal of qualifying for the District III Championships.

So far, AJ Martin and Seth Spykstra have qualified for the LL League Championships in individual events, with hopes of reaching District III qualifying standards in the next 2-weeks. Clayton Bender and Leigha Martin hope to qualify for LL League individual races in the next 2-weeks. Hannah Kline and Leigha Martin will likely compete in the LL League Championships in relay events.
