Just got back last night from the ACCS Conference in Atlanta. It was the largest conference ever and was excellent. Had a great time with our staff and faculty that attended. I will be posting some stuff from the ACCS soon (when it is posted). You should listen to Voddie Baucham talk on Cultural Apologetics. I talked with Doug Wilson after the talk. His assessment was that it was the best talk at ACCS in the last 10 years.
Subtle changes are happening in the association that point to some really positive things. There are more better schools, more stronger schools, and these schools (more than any one school) are the real foundation of the association. There are real challenges and struggles. Larger schools might be struggling with mission drift. Smaller schools might be struggling with making ends meet. The whole things, however, is getting strong and is deepening. It is really encouraging to see. Next year is in Dallas on June 21-23. Mark your calendars. You should go!
