Students Serve at Water Street Ministries
On November 10 sixteen Veritas students served at Water Street Ministries. Jesse Brooks, senior and leader of the Service Club, received this email from Stan Peoples, the Safety and Operations Manager, "Today I had the opportunity to work with a group of about 16 young believers from Veritas Academy. I have to say I was amazed at their willingness to serve and to do more than was asked of them. We were going to clean the first level at the Lydia Center and they finished that and asked if they could clean the second level as well. They cleaned everything except the kitchen. The leader then asked me to pray with them. What a pleasant experience with them."
