David Bahnsen to Speak at Veritas Leadership Circle Reception April 12

Veritas Academy is pleased to announce that nationally-known economist, author, and news commentator David Bahnsen will serve as the keynote speaker for our annual Leadership Circle reception, slated for April 12 at 7:00 pm at the Lancaster Country Club.

This reception is a special event for donors who have contributed $1,000 or more to Veritas Academy. After two years of not being able to offer an in-person event due to Covid restrictions, we are so excited for what this evening will have in store to show appreciation for our school's supporters.

About David Bahnsen

David is the son of the late Greg Bahnsen, a renowned theologian and contributor to the field of apologetics. He is asset manager who founded The Bahnsen Group, with offices in Manhattan, Newport Beach, and Minneapolis. He is also an author most recently of There Is No Free Lunch, and frequent commentator on CNBC Bloomberg and Fox Business.

Bahnsen has a passion for Christian education and was a founding trustee of Pacifica Christian High School of Orange County, California.  He is a contributor to the National Review magazine.  Some of our families hear him every Monday morning on “The World and Everything In It,” the daily news podcast of World Magazine.  David contributes the Monday Moneybeat, sharing his insights on money, the markets, and finance from a Christian worldview.  He also hosts the popular financial podcast The Dividend Cafe.  He is an economist whose Christian worldview shapes his perspective on issues of the day, and undergirds his commitment to freedom and free markets.
