Our ensemble class utilizes parent involvement, encouragement, and group instruction to teach students to master their strings instruments. Through the principles of listening and repetition, students are encouraged to learn the language of their instrument just as they learn their native verbal tongue. Student achievement is graded so as to provide quantified feedback. Ensemble students are required to attend several events throughout the year after school, including the Christmas and spring concerts.
